Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by RoofCallPro LLC (“RoofCallPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By subscribing to or using our services, you (“Contractor,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
RoofCallPro provides an AI-powered phone answering and roofing estimate service for residential roofing contractors. Our service includes:
- AI voice agent that answers inbound calls forwarded from your business phone number
- Satellite-based roof measurement using publicly available data
- Automated ballpark estimate delivery to callers based on your configured pricing
- Lead capture and notification via SMS and/or email
- Call recording and transcription for quality assurance and lead documentation
2. Eligibility
Our service is designed for licensed, insured residential roofing contractors operating in the United States. By subscribing, you represent that you are authorized to conduct roofing business in your service area and that you maintain appropriate business licenses and insurance.
3. Account Setup and Activation
3.1 Onboarding
Upon subscribing, we will configure your account including your business name, service area, pricing parameters, phone number assignment, and call forwarding setup. You agree to provide accurate business information during onboarding.
3.2 Activation Fee
An activation fee may apply depending on your subscription timing and plan type. Activation fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription and later wish to reactivate, a new activation fee will apply at the then-current rate.
3.3 Pricing Configuration
You are responsible for providing accurate pricing information (price per square foot, material options, minimum job price, and applicable adjustments) during onboarding. RoofCallPro will use this information to generate estimates on your behalf. You may request pricing updates at any time by contacting us.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Plans

4.2 No Contracts
All subscriptions are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with no penalties or termination fees. Annual plans are prepaid, not contracts — you may stop at any time, but unused months are not refunded.
4.3 Pause Option
Monthly subscribers may pause their subscription for up to 3 months per year at $79/month. During pause, AI still answers calls 24/7 and captures leads. Contractor receives text notification for each lead. No satellite estimates or instant quotes are provided during pause. Your phone number, settings, and configuration are preserved.
4.4 Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file. Failed payments will result in a grace period of 7 days before service suspension.
5. Estimate Disclaimer
This is critical: All estimates generated by RoofCallPro are ballpark figures based on satellite roof measurements and the pricing configuration you provide. They are not binding quotes, formal proposals, or guarantees of cost.
- Estimates are based on publicly available satellite data and may not reflect current roof conditions, structural issues, permits, code requirements, or site-specific factors.
- The AI voice agent includes a verbal disclaimer on every call informing the caller that the estimate is a ballpark and an in-person inspection is needed for an exact quote.
- You may not ask RoofCallPro to remove or modify this disclaimer.
- You are solely responsible for the final pricing you offer to customers after an in-person inspection.
6. AI and Recording Disclosure
Our AI voice agent discloses at the beginning of every call that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. You agree that these disclosures are required and may not be removed or modified. Pennsylvania requires two-party consent for call recording. We apply this standard to all calls.
7. Contractor Obligations
As a subscriber, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and pricing during onboarding
- Maintain valid business licenses and insurance in your service area
- Follow up with leads captured by the system in a timely manner
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to make misleading claims about your business
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI agent, voice scripts, or estimation methodology
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your pricing, service area, or business information
8. SMS Communications and Consent
8.1 Contractor SMS Notifications
As part of the service, RoofCallPro sends SMS notifications to your designated business phone number. These messages include lead alerts (caller name, phone number, property address, estimate details, and scheduling preferences), system status updates, and service-related communications. By subscribing to RoofCallPro and providing your phone number during onboarding, you expressly consent to receive these SMS notifications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any services.
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive SMS messages from us.
8.2 Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on inbound call volume. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. RoofCallPro does not charge separately for SMS delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8.3 Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message from RoofCallPro. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected]. Please note that opting out of SMS notifications means you will not receive real-time lead alerts. Alternative notification methods (email) may be available upon request.
8.4 Caller SMS
RoofCallPro may send SMS messages to callers who interact with your AI-powered phone agent. These messages contain estimate summaries and are sent only when the caller provides verbal consent during the call. Every caller message includes opt-out instructions. You acknowledge and agree that these transactional messages may be sent on your behalf to callers to your business phone number.
8.5 SMS Data Sharing
RoofCallPro does not share SMS consent data or mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The RoofCallPro service, including our AI voice agent, conversation scripts, estimation algorithms, and software, are the intellectual property of RoofCallPro LLC. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your roofing business. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RoofCallPro is not liable for the accuracy of satellite-based roof measurements or estimates generated by the system.
- RoofCallPro is not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption caused by service downtime, API outages, or technical issues.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to RoofCallPro in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, call quality level, or business outcome from using our service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoofCallPro LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your pricing decisions, or disputes between you and your customers.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, fail to make payment, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your call forwarding will be deactivated and your phone number released. We will retain your call data and lead records for 90 days, after which they may be permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data prior to deletion.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
13.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, or the Western District of Pennsylvania.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RoofCallPro regarding the service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your subscription without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
