RoofCallPro LLC (“RoofCallPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our contractor subscribers and the individuals who call our service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how we protect it.
1. Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to two groups:
- Contractor Subscribers: Roofing contractors who subscribe to and use our AI phone answering service.
- Callers: Individuals who call a phone number answered by the RoofCallPro AI voice agent.
2. Information We Collect

3. Call Recording and AI Disclosure
All calls answered by RoofCallPro are recorded and transcribed. Callers are informed at the beginning of every call that:
- They are speaking with an AI voice assistant (not a human)
- The call may be recorded for quality purposes
Pennsylvania is a two-party consent state for call recording. We apply this standard to all calls regardless of the caller’s location. By continuing the call after the disclosure, the caller consents to recording.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve our AI phone answering and estimation service
- Deliver lead notifications and estimate summaries to contractor subscribers
- Send SMS confirmations to callers (with verbal consent)
- Process subscription payments
- Monitor call quality and system performance
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
5. SMS Communications & Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our onboarding form, you agree to receive SMS messages from RoofCallPro.
Messages may include:
- Lead notifications (new caller details, estimate summaries, scheduling preferences)
- Appointment and scheduling updates
- Service-related communications and account status notifications
Message frequency may vary based on your inbound call volume.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.
SMS consent and mobile opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only as follows:
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
- With the contractor subscriber: Caller details, property address, estimate data, call recordings, and transcripts are shared with the contractor whose phone number was called. This is the core purpose of the service.
- With service providers: We use third-party services to operate our platform. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.

7. Data Retention
- Call recordings: Retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.
- Call transcripts and lead data: Retained for the duration of the contractor’s active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.
- Contractor account data: Retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days.
- Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
For Contractor Subscribers
- Access, correct, or delete your account information at any time by contacting us
- Request an export of your lead data before account deletion
- Cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties
For Callers
- Request deletion of your call recording and personal information by contacting us at [email protected]
- Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any text from our system
- Hang up at any time during the call to end data collection
10. Children’s Privacy
Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. State-Specific Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or another state with consumer privacy legislation, you may have additional rights including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your information, and the right to opt out of certain data sharing. 12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to contractor subscribers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
